Giving New Hope To Those In Need

On Friday, Cassiobury Tennis Club donated 21 rackets and three tennis bags to a local charity for the homeless.

New Hope, which has locations in Watford (pictured, on Queens Road) and Croxley, has since March 1990 given help to those sleeping rough in the area.

Martin Rowland, Club Facilities Manager, delivered the tennis equipment. He said, “Watford could soon see the next Wimbledon champion thanks to Cassiobury Tennis Club!”

The equipment belonged to club coach Anthony - thank you Anthony.
